In her own words she is a passionate woman who believes in the power of empathy and exposure. She values helping others learn and connect as a Talent Development Professional for the City of Chesapeake and through various passion projects. Currently, she is the doing-the-most-co-host of Giving Roses Podcast and encourages listeners to appreciate life and those they love. Amber is also pursuing her Master of Public Administration at Regent University. Using her education and life experiences, she seeks to help those who serve mitigate burnout and find fulfillment in a life of service.
