@sofinuccia who is the Commercial & Brand director for @teapigs where she’s spent the last 15 brilliant years growing teapigs from a 4-person team working out of a room in Ealing to a much-loved tea brand you’ll find all over the world and a business that employs 35 wonderful teapigs between Brentford and Brooklyn. During that time she’s done pretty much everything that makes a consumer goods business tick from strategy and planning, e-commerce, marketing, HR, culture, packing orders and building IKEA desks! She loves creating something out of nothing and believes some of the best lessons are learned by getting your hands dirty.
