Chocolate Hazelnut Pots

This is a delicious vegan dessert and really easy to put together when you have guests or family to cook for over the Christmas period.


Makes 4


Ingredients:

220g dark chocolate

200g hazelnut milk (or other non-dairy milk)

1 tbsp cashew or almond butter

A couple of generous pinches of sea salt

A handful of crushed hazelnuts, for the topping


Method:

  1. Using a pan of boiling water with a bowl on top, melt the chocolate. Once it’s melted, put it to the side and let it cool.

  2. When the chocolate has cooled for a few minutes, add the hazelnut milk and stir it into the chocolate. You can also add the cashew butter and a pinch of salt at this stage.

  3. Once all your ingredients are properly combined, divide the mixture into four small bowls, or glasses, whatever you’d like to serve it in. On top, sprinkle the crushed hazelnuts and another pinch of sea salt.

  4. Put the pots into the fridge and let them set for at least an hour. Serve and enjoy!
